Ah, my favorite summer scents?
1. Honeysuckles in bloom
Honeysuckles remind me of my childhood, of playing in the woods, and pulling little, sweet drops of dew from honeysuckle vines at the right time.
2. A cool NC mountain breeze (yes, a scent to it, not just a feel)
I've always loved the mountains, particularly the Appalachian mountains. In the summer, there's a kind of scent to them that I can't really describe. Maybe it's the special combination of plants and what they do to the air, but really like it.
3. Magnolias in bloom
This also reminds me of my early childhood, standing in the front yard, playing in a plum tree. We had a beautiful Magnolia as well, to the side of the house, and I would sometimes smell that tree from the plum tree. Carefree times!

May favorite scents of summer are chamomile and rain. We get summer monsoons. I don't know if you could make a soap with creosote, but if you could, I'd buy it. Creosote smells like the desert after a storm.

Honeysuckle hands down. The house I grew up in had a big fenced back yard the honeysuckle grew wild all through the fence. My sister and I would pull the tops off and suck the juice out every summer. That smell brings back wonderful memories

1. Coconuts! as in the smell of suntan lotion, I live neear the beach but can never get there, plus I never tan, I just burn
2. Grapefruit: It smells yummy & makes me feel good
