Lavender Heating Pad
Use this aromatherapuetic heating pad to relax tight muscles.
You will need:
4 cups flax seed
½ cup dried lavender
1 pair clean, long socks
Instructions:
Mix the flax seed and dried lavender together, then empty into a long,
clean sock. Knot the end, then place inside a second sock and knot that
end. Heat for 90 seconds in a microwave before each use.
