Dana James, of Pane in the Glass Studios, is a staple on the Roanoke City Market. While many know her for her stained glass pieces, mosaic mirrors, and fused glass necklaces, she now has a new craft for sale - lampwork earrings. Dana recently took a class on making lampwork beads - a natural step in the progression of her art - and has since developed some lovely beads she's turned into earrings. Her newest creations boast sterling silver twirls hanging from surgical steel posts.
