This easy argan and rosemary facial cleansing oil recipe requires just two ingredients but delivers incredible results! Inspired by Shea Terra Organics 100% Natural Argan and Rosemary Facial Cleansing Oil, this all natural facial cleansing oil recipe combines argan oil and rosemary essential oil for a simple yet effective cleansing oil suitable for all skin types. It easily removes makeup, dirt and oil and helps to prevent delicate facial skin from drying out due to the overuse of soap and water.
This argan and rosemary facial cleansing oil recipe is especially great for maturing skin as argan oil possesses healing and anti-aging properties. In addition, this light oil contains tocopherols and phenols, carotenes, squalene and fatty acids making it a natural choice for use in skin, nail and hair treatments. Argan oil not only delivers deep hydration but it can also help to prevent blemishes. Therefore you can also use this facial cleansing oil recipe as a natural facial serum under makeup and before bed, or add a bit to the ends of your hair to help prevent split ends and damage.
Argan and Rosemary Facial Cleansing Oil Recipe
Measure out 1 oz. (28 g) of argan oil and use a small funnel to fill a 1 oz. glass amber bottle with a dropper. Using a transfer pipette or dropper add 12 drops of rosemary essential oil to the bottle.
Screw the dropper cap onto the glass bottle and shake to combine.
To use apply a small amount to clean fingertips and massage onto face and closed eyelids. Use a dry or barely damp washcloth to gently wipe away dirt, oil and makeup leaving only clean, soft skin behind.
You can also apply several drops to clean skin and massage into dry problem areas as you would a facial moisturizer or serum. Remove remaining residue from hands by rubbing hand onto the ends of your hair or smoothing onto your hair from scalp to end for shine.
