DIY Sunburn Relief Rescue Soap Recipe
If you’ve ever had a really bad sunburn you know just how much even a warm shower can hurt damaged skin. But showers don’t have to be something you dread. My homemade Sunburn Relief Rescue Cold Process Soap Recipe is formulated exactly for those days you’ve spent a bit much time unprotected outdoors in the sun. So be sure to keep a bar of this Monoi de Tahiti scented soap handy all summer long to give sun parched skin the extra love it needs.
This handmade soap recipe combines two natural sunburn home remedy ingredients – strong brewed black tea and aloe vera gel – believed to help ease sunburns. And to keep skin from becoming over dry, it’s also crafted with luxury oils and butters praised for their skin conditioning and moisturizing properties including cocoa butter, shea butter, babassu oil, hemp seed oil, and apricot kernel oil. A Monoi de Tahiti fragrance oils pulls it all together for a relaxing spa experience whenever you want.
You’ll find this palm free handmade soap recipe for my new Sunburn Relief Soap in the new May 2014 issue of Wholesale Supplies Plus’ eHandmade Magazine on page 23.
