1.5 oz. sunflower oil (or other carrier oil)
.5 oz. pomegranate seed oil
.1 oz. peppermint essential oil
.04 oz. (approximately 1.1 grams) tea tree oil

Once the butters have melted, weigh out the remaining ingredients and stir into the melted butters. Mix well to ensure the ingredients are incorporated throughout the peppermint foot cream then pour into a 6 oz. glass or plastic jar. Carefully screw on the lid of your jar then set in the fridge to cool until the peppermint foot cream has completely solidified.

This sounds like it will be wonderful! When subbing menthol crystals, do I use the same amount of menthol crystals (.1oz) as the .1oz peppermint oil? I have 2 pounds of them but haven’t used any yet because I don’t quite understand how much to use when subbing.

The recommended amount of menthol crystals to use in this type of application is 1-3%.
